The BMCC, in collaboration with the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) and Riverside Consulting CIC (UK) is organising a Mental Health Webinar this week.
The current challenges brought about by Covid-19 have substantially raised the visibility and importance of maintaining positive Mental Health. Worries about personal strengths, family safety, business and financial continuity will naturally raise anxiety and stress levels which are more difficult to deal with under lockdown and isolation. Our Webinar aims to provide an opportunity for attendees to understand better current and existing mental health challenges and to gain knowledge and techniques to start to address these.
A panel of mental health experts from Malaysia and the UK will answer audience questions on a potential range of topics such as managing Loneliness, Depression, Stress, Bereavement, Anxiety and Trauma and how best to support children at home with neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. ADHD, ASD etc.)
Complimentary for BMCC and MMHA members.
Non-members: RM 150
